Ben Tsai is the founder and CEO of DaRay Trading Company, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in international specialty pharmaceutical trading, and is a registered pharmacist by training  with a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy. His working experience includes senior management positions in both medical device and pharmaceutical companies, director of regulatory and logistic affairs in specialty distribution, director of pharmacy services, lead pharmacist and district trainer for a large chain pharmacy store.

Mr. Tsai has successfully bridged, planned and launched more than 20 orphan drugs in the Asia-Pacific region, including those for mucopolysaccharidosis and other enzyme replacement therapies, Cushing's Syndrome, Wilson's disease, X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets, inborn error of bile acid deficiency, Duchenne muscular dystrophy medications.  Also in his business focus is hematology , oncology, and organ transplantation products.
